Overview
These Terms govern access to and use of Wise Telecoms ("Wise Telecoms", "We", "Our", or "Company") websites and mobile applications, and cover the provision of services such as airtime purchases, data subscriptions, cable and TV subscriptions, and related products. By using our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy; revisions uploaded to the website become effective on upload unless stated otherwise.
1. Definitions

- User / User Submission: the person using the website and the information they provide.
- Platform: www.wisetelecoms.ng and mobile application.
- Personal Information: any information from which a user can be identified.
2. The Service
Services are offered through our Platforms and include purchase and management of airtime, data bundle subscriptions, cable/TV subscriptions, data cards, and similar offerings. Registration creates a wallet which you may fund via bank payments to carry out transactions on the Platform.
3. Grant of Licence and User Restrictions
Wise Telecoms grants users a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Services subject to restrictions. Prohibited activities include re-selling access, collecting personal data for commercial solicitation, impersonation, harassment, using automated scraping tools in a disruptive manner, reverse engineering, and other unlawful uses. Wise Telecoms reserves rights to suspend or discontinue access where violations occur.
4. Account, Registration & Age
To access Services you must create an account, accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and be at least 13 years old. You must provide and keep accurate information and consent to verification checks where necessary.
5. Personal Information & Verification
By creating an account you consent to Wise Telecoms verifying personal information against third-party sources and using Relevant Information required to provide Services. Relevant Information may include device data, SMS data, and other permitted records. You warrant accuracy of provided information and agree to notify Wise Telecoms of changes.
6. User Submissions, Ownership & Licence
Users retain copyright in their submissions but grant Wise Telecoms a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, adapt and redistribute User Submissions for any purpose. Wise Telecoms may remove user content and is not liable for user submissions; users must not post third-party copyrighted content unless authorised.
7. Third-Party Sites & Payment Processors
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; Wise Telecoms is not responsible for their content or practices. Payment processors are separate relationships governed by their own terms — Wise Telecoms is not responsible for actions or omissions of third-party payment processors.
8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
Wise Telecoms (and its officers, employees, etc.) are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you to Wise Telecoms for access to the services. Users agree to indemnify Wise Telecoms against claims arising from user conduct or breach.
9. Notices, Termination & Suspension
Wise Telecoms may communicate using email, SMS, telegram, or voice. Both the user and Wise Telecoms can terminate use of the Services; Wise Telecoms can suspend access where Terms are violated. Users remain liable for obligations incurred prior to termination.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Parties shall first attempt amicable negotiation; unresolved disputes after 21 days may be referred to the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC) for mediation and arbitration. The seat of arbitration is Lagos and proceedings shall be in English.
