Wise Telecoms is committed to accuracy, confidentiality, and security of personally identifiable information. This Policy covers collection, use and safeguarding of personal information for services offered via the Platform (www.wisetelecoms.ng and the mobile app).

Wise Telecoms follows lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, and integrity & confidentiality in processing personal data.

Processing is performed on legal grounds such as Consent, Contractual Necessity, Legitimate Interests, or Legal Obligation as applicable.

- Internal investigation to determine scope and impact.
- Notification to supervisory authorities (e.g., NDPC) without undue delay and no later than 72 hours where required.
- Notification to affected individuals where there is a high risk to their rights and freedoms, with details on steps to take.
- Record keeping of breaches and remediation steps; review of security measures and staff training.
